Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! We believe in flexibility. All our monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your member portal.
Does a membership include free materials?
Your membership includes access to our “Community Scrap Bin” and basic shop consumables (like glue and standard fasteners). For specific project materials like plywood or premium filaments, you can bring your own or purchase them directly from our on-site stock.
Is there an initiation or sign-up fee?
There are no hidden sign-up fees. You simply pay your first month’s dues and complete a mandatory 30-minute safety orientation to receive your keycard and facility access.
Can I bring a guest to help me with a project?
Members are welcome to bring one guest for a tour or a brief consultation. However, for insurance and safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from operating any machinery. If they want to help build, they can purchase a $49 Day Pass.
What are the actual "24/7 Access" hours?
Monthly Maker and Dedicated Space members receive a secure keycard that grants access to the lab 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Day Pass users are limited to our staffed business hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
